Overview

Cognitive Science from University of Bucharest spans two academic years, in which time students will become familiar with core areas of cognitive science, such as introductory neuroscience, neurophysiology, applied cognitive psychology, moral psychology, cognitive linguistics, introduction to artificial intelligence, and more.

Mission

Equally important, students will be encouraged to acquire abilities typical of philosophical analysis tailored to the cognitive sciences through courses that tackle the philosophy of mind, the philosophical foundations of cognitive science, theories of mind, or the moral relevance of recent developments in AI.Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to partake in, and help foster, new research initiatives, spanning from workshops, international conferences, building research networks or blending research with focused master classes.
