The two-year part-time programme offers an ambitious curriculum that bridges the intersection between law, technology, ethics, governance and management. Candidates for admission to the LLM track

You must have a recognized bachelor degree in law, or from a related field: economics, political science or international relations. All with demonstrable knowledge of intellectual property law or knowledge management.
You must have a 2.1 (upper second) degree or an equivalent good to very good degree;
or have a recognized master’s degree in law or related fields such as economics, political science or international relations.

Candidates for admission to the MSc track

You must have a recognized bachelor degree in science or technology (or equivalent). All with demonstrable knowledge of intellectual property law or knowledge management
You must have a 2.1 (upper second) degree or an equivalent good to very good degree;
or have a recognized master degree in science or technology (or equivalent). Demonstrable knowledge of intellectual property law or knowledge management will be considered favourably.
