General requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of meteorology with a minimum grade of 3,0 (satisfactory) or an equivalent degree from a higher education institution in Germany or abroad.
- The applicant is expected to have sufficient active and passive knowledge of English to read specialist literature and to participate in courses taught in English; this does not necessarily include written examinations in the English language, if not regulated differently in the examination regulations.
- An additional requirement for admission to the Master's program Meteorology is that the applicant is still eligible to take exams in this program of study. A declaration stating the eligibility to take exams has to be submitted.
- German proficiency is not required for the Master's program Meteorology.
- Required language certificate: English Level B-2
