a degree in a construction related discipline which would normally be Architecture, Building, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Building Services/Civil/Structural Engineering, or

obtained an equivalent qualification or provided evidence of academic and professional attainments acceptable for this purpose to the University.
