You’ll need a first cycle University Degree. You may choose only 2nd cycle Degree Courses compliant with your 1st cycle Degree.

Foreign students will finalize the enrollment by presenting their personal income certificate (ISEE - a document that can be requested at a dedicated help desk), in order to be located in the proper tax area to calculate the right amount of fees.
If they do not present any personal income certificate, they will have to pay a standard amount of fees: €300 for students from a member country of the DAC LIST OCSE; €600 for those NOT from a DAC LIST OCSE country.
In addition they will pay the regional tax (€ 150) and the virtual revenue stamp (€ 16).
Living costs for Palermo
The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
