Our newly created, Digital Management (Online) programme at Hyper Island has been designed to enable you to face the challenges of our uncertain modern world, but with a flexible schedule to enhance a transformative journey.

Together with classmates from all over the world, you will become a new kind of leader; one that’s adaptive, collaborative, and creatively driven. Go beyond other conventional master’s programs and thinking practices on how to create effective teams and business values.

What you’ll be doing

You will kick the programme off in one of four Hyper Island study locations across Europe, known as your ‘home hub. Here you will submerge yourself in our Hyper Island learning methodology and meet your fellow tutor group, connect as a team and build trust. You then start your Masters learning journey and meet the rest of your year group 100% online with a world wide cohort. Together with other learners, you’ll experience a range of interactive talks, hands-on workshops, team challenges and deep reflection.

General requirements

This program has six practical modular group projects, all led by industry practitioners and one Independent Research Project. The modular project element of the course spans 40 weeks, with the remaining 18 weeks dedicated to an Industry Research Project. Instead of a traditional master’s thesis, you’ll identify a problem, formulate hypotheses, prototype solutions, and share original insights based on your research. This Industry Research Project can be completed anywhere in the world, with most candidates choosing to delve deeper into a problem that concerns their company, industry or profession.
