Students apply skills in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling and closing to a wide range of projects. In addition, students expand their IT service management skills by understanding the integrations between IT operations and project management and through collaborative team projects.

Use of agile and waterfall project management software tools will enable students to meet the challenging demands of this complex field.
