A three-year advanced diploma or a degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in a business setting

An overall average grade of B or above (as assessed by country, to Ontario standards) in the above mentioned academic programs.

Applicants not meeting the post-secondary education requirements but who have 3 to 5 years professional or management experience in a business environment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such candidates would be expected to provide references and a portfolio of their work and would be subject to an interview process.
