Program Outline

The Interior Architecture program at Cankaya University provides opportunities for advanced studies in both professional and academic fields. In this way, graduate students can both carry on with their studies in the university and in the professional life to serve the needs of the public. Basically, it is hoped that graduate students will have a role in the development of living standards. For that reason, they will be equipped with academic knowledge and required to study in relation with other disciplines.

To qualify for admission to the program, applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or in a design-related field. Candidates who do not have an undergraduate degree in interior architecture or design must take additional undergraduate courses. All applicants are expected to be fluent in written and oral English in order to be admitted to the program. All non-native speakers of English are required to submit proof of English-language proficiency. Admittance is also determined through an interview given before the beginning of each academic year.

An at most 5 year old YDS or equivalent, YÖKDİL, KPDS, ÜDS, TOEFL IBT, CAE, CPE, PEARSON PTE Academic, FCE or Cankaya the University’s proficiency exam certificate is required for the master’s degree programs in English;
