OR a Bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution in a field relevant to health management, health administration, business administration of healthcare organisation, clinical governance, medical administration, human resource management for health, health information management, health financial management, public health and leadership in health policy AND work experience equivalent to two years full-time professional or volunteer experience.
