Essay: ≤2 pages; self-introduction, interest in GSIS, future plans. Download form from website.
Diploma/Graduation Certificate: Submit diploma or certificate of (expected) graduation. Originals (apostilled/consular-authenticated) due by July 1.
Official Transcripts: From all institutions attended; if GPA scale differs, submit conversion confirmed by your university. Transcripts not in English must be notarized translations.
English Test: TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or NEW TEPS within 2 years; exemptions for native speakers or degrees in English.
Passport Copy: Color copy.
Consent Form: For degree verification.
Chinese Graduates: CDGDC/CHSI degree verification with notarized translation.
Research Writing Sample: Ph.D. applicants with thesis.
Recommendation Letter: One sealed letter required for Ph.D., optional for Master’s.
