Overview
Key features
Defined by its comparative methodology and international orientation, the Master of Laws LLM programme offered at IE University gives students hands-on experience in skills such as cross-border transactions and transnational law to propel their international ambitions. Students can either specialize in one of three major legal fields—International Business Law, International Dispute Resolution, or Intellectual Property and Technology Law—or earn a General LL.M. that provides an overview of all three fields. Being able to choose their specialization gives students the definitive training for continued success in the area of law they’re passionate about.
In addition to this highly specialized expertise, students will gain broader soft and hard skills in the areas of management, leadership, technology, communication, negotiation and more. These skills will directly impact graduates’ potential in the sector, as recruiters increasingly look for well-rounded “T-shaped” lawyers.
