Overview
The Biotechnology master degree at University of Silesia in Katowice project is closely related to the research profile of supervisor who is chosen by a student within the specialisation.
The choice of specialisation takes place during registration. Under the supervisor tuition, the student improves his/her skills - posing scientific questions and finding solutions to various problems linked with plant and environmental biotechnology, hence actively participates in the development of science.

General requirements
- Admission to studies may be applied to people with a bachelor's, engineer's or master's degree in biotechnology or related disciplines and with a knowledge of English at a level of at least B2.
- In the case of candidates from other fields (related disciplines) than biotechnology, the decision on admission to the recruitment procedure is made by the recruitment committee on the basis of an analysis of the obtained learning outcomes and the program of completed studies.
- Recruitment is based on the assessment of the required documents submitted by the candidate (after prior registration in the Internet Candidate Registration system).
