Overview
Key features
The expansion of the international market in legal services requires specialized lawyers who can work in multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary teams. The Master in International Advocacy will prepare students to successfully meet the challenges of the demanding context of legal globalization.
The Master in International Advocacy at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid offers a legal training that is transnational, novel, and practical, using an approach that combines the soft skills necessary for the international practice of the law, and which transcend traditional legal disciplines, such as legal writing and oral advocacy, negotiation, and time, client and project management. It also offers an eminently practical training in the optional areas of intensification designed (Transactional and Resolution of Disputes), and with an end-of-master project, which will consist of the development of a complex international dispute or transaction.
This Master, highly competitive at the international level, is taught entirely in English* on the Transactional path, and is bilingual (English and Spanish) on the path of Dispute resolution.
