Key facts

The Petroleum and Petrochemical College was thus established in 1988 to produce graduates of high international standards in the fields of petroleum and petrochemical technology and polymer science, comparable to the graduates from world-leading institutions.

The Master Degree Program in Petroleum and Energy Technology (International Program) was launched in 2002, in conjunction with the Institut Français du Pétrole in France, University of Michigan and University of Oklahoma. Global trends in petroleum and energy consumption, international environmental policies, and the national policy of Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) that is part of Thailand 4.0 Strategic Plan, is expected to create exponential growth of industrial development both in the region and worldwide.
