Learning outcomes
Electric Power Management at Reykjavík University is concerned with components of electric power systems, their control, production and transport of electrical energy, and how to ensure reliable delivery of electricity to meet consumer demand. Additionally, the field is concerned with the design requirements for electric power systems and subsystems, and their interactions. We focus on creating graduates with the skill-sets necessary to join this high-demand industry. This degree is a more flexible study option with multiple course offerings from the School of Energy, School of Science and Engineering, School of Business and School of Law for an interdisciplinary group of non-engineers interested in studying power systems.
