Learning outcomes

Its major mission is to equip students with solid humanistic literacy and strong adaptability in related fields so that they will be professionally ready for jobs

We are dedicated in training applied talents with basic theory and related skills on digital publishing.

We hope they can be familiar with policies and regulations on publishing, news and intellectual property , and have basic abilities in digital publishing editing, originality of cultural products , creating &planning & producing of digital content, marketing & management of digital products, and new media communication.

Among them, one is nationally outstanding Emergency Medicine teacher, two are selected as Members of Ministry of Education New Century Outstanding Talents Support Program at Central South University, and one is selected in the Project of One Hundred Talents In Hunan. Besides, there are 16 high- level professors.

General requirements

Excellent Non-Chinese citizens, with no criminal records and in good health. Applicants shall have a strong academic background and innovative research capabilities.

For Master's degrees, applicants should have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and should be under 35 years old;

Students who apply for English-taught programs should obtain a minimum score of 6 in IELTS or 85 in TOFEL.

Photocopy of the passport

Applicants should strictly be examined in accordance with the requirement of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner. An incomplete form is regarded as invalid.

Photocopy of Highest graduation certificate or notarized Chinese/English-translated certificate.

Stamped Transcript of the highest diploma or notarized Chinese/English-translated transcript.

Study Plan of no less than 800 words.
