As a result, Shanghai Jiaotong University advanced medical Imaging Technology and Research Institute, Medical Robotic Research Institute, and other innovative training platforms were established. Shanghai Jiaotong Medical Imaging practical bases were established for postgraduates with professional Technological degrees.

Shanghai Medical Device testing Institute is a student-centered Institute that adds great importance to the cultivation of graduate students’ practical abilities.

At present, there are 83 full-time teachers, including 2 academicians, 13 national-level leading talent candidates, 335 doctoral students, 180 master students, and 20 graduate international students.
