Overview
This Gender and Global Politics (Online) programme from SOAS University of London examines politics across borders, conflict, labour, migration, social movements, digital spaces and global governance. With a strong focus on Asia, Africa and the Middle East, it centres Global South scholarship and challenges Eurocentric narratives.
Through contemporary debates and real-world case studies, students analyse how gendered and racialised inequalities are produced, contested and transformed. Ideal for careers in development, human rights, policy, journalism and social justice, the course equips graduates to work critically, ethically and effectively in complex political landscapes.
