Programme aims
The aim of the Electrical and Computer Engineering programme at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is to provide students with expertise and advanced knowledge in a selected specialization area within electrical and computer engineering. Students graduating with a M.Sc. degree can apply for senior R&D positions in industry, and may continue towards the Ph.D. studies.

General requirements
- Applicants to the M.Sc. program in ECE should hold a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or in closely related fields at a minimum GPA of 80/100 (according to the Israeli grading system).
- A TOEFL score of 85/120 or the equivalent score in an internationally recognized English proficiency exam is required. The English proficiency requirement is waived for applicants who received their B.Sc. degree in a program taught in English.
- GRE is recommended but not required.
- Additionally, prior to applying to the M.Sc. program, the applicant is expected to contact a potential advisor among the ECE department.
