We’ll equip you with the knowledge and skills you’ll need to capitalise on digital health technologies to deliver community healthcare, particularly to disadvantaged, remote and rural patients, in a way that minimises risk while maximising access.
This course is delivered through distance learning, so you'll engage in a range of lectures, discussions and tutorials within an online environment.
This Digital Health programme from The University of Lancashire will equip you with the skills and knowledge you’ll need to thrive as healthcare evolves to take advantage of digital technologies. There’s an increasing need for digital-based healthcare solutions to meet the changing needs and expectations of patients, and to evolve with developments in information management and technology.
Alongside this increasing need, there is a growing appetite for education and training in the use of digital technology, both nationally and internationally, in order to educate and equip the healthcare workforce and patients with the necessary skills to navigate this new digital terrain, and to develop new leaders to drive the adoption of digital health.
