The degree programme aims to deepen knowledge and skills in team management and leadership, project management in a multicultural or multilingual environment, and project management organised and supported at the European Union or member state level. Great emphasis is placed on multicultural communication and cooperation, which is the key to the successful application of theoretical knowledge of management in an international environment.

Key facts

The foundation and the specificity of instruction in this degree programme is the international teamwork in groups of students from different countries with different mother tongues and cultures. The study groups include mainly students from the Czech Republic, France, Germany, and other countries. Instruction takes place at individual partner universities. Therefore, the first semester is held in France, and the courses are taught in French. The second semester is held in Germany, and the courses are taught mainly in English, then in French, and it is possible to choose subjects taught in German. In the third semester, the instruction takes place at the USB Faculty of Economics. The fourth semester is devoted to the preparation of a diploma thesis and professional practical training, which can take place in the countries of cooperating universities and other countries.
