Overview
The Global Master of Business Administration program from University College London (UCL) stresses the application use of data, technology and information to address critical issues, guide business choices and navigate uncertain situations in a global context.
Throughout the programme, students develop a strong foundational understanding of business functions, processes and practices, as well as specialised knowledge in three focal areas, preparing graduates to succeed in multifaceted, technology-intensive ecosystems.
The programme will comprise of eight compulsory modules, four elective modules and a Capstone project. At least two voluntary residential sessions will be offered in London each year.

Graduates of the UCL MBA, global and online, will receive quantitative and analytical training to make a substantial individual contribution to their employers.
They will be competent in making data-driven decisions to lead diverse, interdisciplinary teams, conducting thorough risk analysis and financial forecasts, and be able to anticipate future business possibilities and navigate uncertain market conditions.
Throughout the programme, additional skills in topics including organisational behaviour and leadership, effective communications, negotiations, and cultural awareness, enable graduates to add more value through effectively leading and managing others.

- A minimum of an upper second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard, or senior executive leadership experience of over two years and more than 7 years total work experience.
- A minimum of five years full-time work experience after completion of an undergrauate degree and before starting the MBA programme at UCL.
