Overview
The Department of Banking and Finance aims to adopt the following vision and mission in accordance with those declared by the Faculty of Open and Distance Education.
The Banking and Finance program is offered by Near East University.
You can choose a programme with or without theses.
The University is also carrying out a dedicated mission in conformity with the values and goals highlighted by the fundamental objectives and principles of the Near East University and of the Faculty of Open and Distance Education.
The mission is to offer a unique educational environment where students can study theories of the discipline, put them into practice to facilitate and improve their decision-making ability as the financial managers of future.
Through a process of effective education provided for our privileged students, we aim to provide them with a thorough understanding of the ways and methods within which financial institutions operate, and with the structure and operational principles of the markets in the modern financial industry.

Funding
- The information at the bottom of the Conditional Acceptance Letter is very important and must be read through.
- The remaining tuition fee part not covered by the scholarship, 5% VAT, bench fee and thesis fees will be financed by the applicant. The Foundation Courses or Preparatory Programs (if required to take) will not be covered by the scholarship.
- The scholarship for master studies is only valid for 2 years. The student should exceed this duration, they are obliged to pay the necessary fees.
- The scholarship result covers only tuition fees of Master courses.
