Admission requirements:
To qualify for admission, applicants must provide the following:
- Academic Qualifications: A completed undergraduate degree with 210 ECTS credits from a recognized university or an equivalent foreign institution.
- Professional Experience: At least 2–3 years of work experience following the completion of the undergraduate degree.
- ECTS Credit Compensation: If your degree is short of the required credits, up to 30 ECTS points can be substituted with additional qualified professional experience.
- English Proficiency: Proof of sufficient English language skills, such as a valid TOEFL, IELTS etc. score.
This ensures that candidates are well-prepared to thrive in the program’s academically rigorous and globally focused environment.

General requirements
For the admission to the course of study, the following proof is required:
- a first successful degree with 210 ECTS-points from a study at a university, or of a foreign university of corresponding rank as well.
- at least two to three years' professional experience after the first degree.
- missing ECTS points can be replaced up to a limit of 30 ECTS points by qualified professional experience – in addition to the professional experience required above.

The admission process at ISM currently consists of preparing a brief Powerpoint presentation and an (online) interview with the study program director. You will present your results of the case study in an oral presentation on the day of the admission interview.
Upon successful verification of your documents, you can register for an online admission test.
