The Master of Commerce in the field of Information Systems from University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg is offered part-time over two years. A blended learning approach is taken to delivery in a compulsory block release lecture format. The programme consists of a coursework component in the first year and a research component in the second year.
In the first year, candidates learn about the latest trends in information systems, organisational issues in managing information systems and advances in information systems research before proceeding to the research component in the second year.
