Overview
The Public Law programme from Bilkent University includes courses in classical and substantial areas of public law as well as in other fields requiring national and international perspective of specialization. Some courses are held in English and others are in Turkish.

Candidates wishing to study in the Public Law master's program must have an academic-level proficiency in both Turkish and English.
The program is designed for candidates planning an academic career in the fields of Social Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, International Public Law, Tax and Budget Law, and Human Rights, and includes courses that are symmetrical to all areas of public law.

General requirements
- Submission of ALES or GRE scores.
- Fluency in written and oral English. Please see the websites of each graduate school for the list of accepted tests.
- Applicants to the program must have a Bachelor's Degree in law. Proficiency in written and oral English as well as ALES score must be documented. Language of education is Turkish and English.
- A statement of purpose of up to 500 words explaining your reasons for applying to the master's program, your research interests, and your career plans.
- Two letters of recommendation.
