These societal challenges demand professional designers that can comprehend and visualise the grand picture, define scopes for work, and develop pragmatic solutions in relation to different strategic levels. You therefore will do research and develop design solutions in micro and macro perspectives.

General requirements
To apply for this programme you need:
- A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent degree, at least 80 ECTS within the field of design. More details are found on OsloMets programme website Product Design – Design in Complexity - OsloMet
- An average grade of at least C (according to the ECTS grading scale) on your bachelor's degree.
- A portfolio consisting of documented design works related to products, systems or services and a letter of motivation.
- Proof of your English proficiency.
