General requirements
The normal entry requirements for the programme are:
- A degree in a healthcare discipline (or equivalent) and be registered with a professional and statutory body and
- The equivalent of 2 years Full Time post qualifying experience including a minimum of 6 months Full Time (or equivalent) in a substantive speciality post in skin integrity or wound management (primary or secondary care). and
- Current clinical experience in a clinical setting with access to patients with chronic wounds / compromised skin integrity.
