Overview
The Strength and Conditioning course from The University of Lancashire is a dedicated distance learning postgraduate degree, which focuses on you as the practitioner.
It’s underpinned by science, which ensures a balance between academic theory and field-based coaching skills.
All course material is delivered by experts in the field using innovative and interactive on-line methods whereby coaching science and approaches are shared, debated, and critiqued, all linked to relevant assessments to enhance your coaching expertise
