Overview
In this study, profound knowledge is gained to synthesize, characterize, and process functional materials for new applications. Participants learn to find the relationship between synthesis, processing and microscopic/macroscopic properties.
During the 4 terms the Materials Science students from the University of Paderborn get fundamental skills in materials sythesis, processing, modelling, analysis and applications as well as fundamental expertise in physics and chemistry, to promote material and product development in interdisciplinary teams of scientists, IT experts and engineers successfully.
