Overview
The Business Psychology and Human Resource Management course at Turiba University will provide broad insight into human resource management and business-relevant knowledge in psychology.
The aim of the study programme is to provide students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills of management psychology necessary for human resource management and to prepare internationally competitive human resource management specialists and managers that meet the requirements of the labor market. In a short period of time, students will gain the knowledge and experience needed to establish a business, manage human resources and use management psychology.

General requirements
- In order to enter the master's study programme in Business Psychology and Human Resource Management with the study length of 1,5 years, the applicants are requested to present a professional bachelor's diploma or 5th level professional qualifications diploma obtained after completing at least 4 years of study programme in the thematic group of social sciences, business and law.
- In order to enter the master's study programme in Business Psychology and Human Resource Management with the study length of 2 years, the applicants are requested to present an academic bachelor's diploma in the thematic group of social sciences, business and law or a professional bachelor diploma in a thematic group other than social sciences, business, and law.
- Applicants are also requested to present one of the English language certificates mentioned within the Admission information.

Funding
Latvian Government offers scholarships for international Bachelor (except 1st and 2nd year students), Master and Doctoral level students for studies at Higher education institutions (HEI) in Latvia.
Please note – the competition is high, therefore, you have to have good marks (as regards Bachelor students, the Commission will evaluate the marks for the previous completed study year (previous 2 semesters) at the University, as regards Master students – marks received during the Bachelor studies), as well as the applicant has to prepare motivation and support letters of a very good quality.
