Overview

NEOMA Business School’s MSc Global Management prepares students to manage organisations and teams in complex international environments. Taught entirely in English on the Reims campus, the programme provides a broad understanding of essential business functions while developing the cultural intelligence, adaptability and leadership skills required for an international career.

The curriculum covers financial analysis, marketing and customer experience, negotiation, international business strategy, supply chain management and cross-cultural leadership. Simulations, case studies and practical activities allow students to apply management concepts to realistic business challenges. A four-to-six-month professional experience in France or abroad further strengthens their operational skills.

Selected students may pursue a double degree through NEOMA’s membership in the International Partnership of Business Schools network. They can spend a semester at Dublin City University in Ireland, specialising in digital transformation and innovation, or at ESB Business School in Germany, focusing on digital competencies and consulting.

Graduates can pursue careers across a wide range of industries and business functions. Potential roles include international development manager, consultant, brand manager, key account manager, human resources manager, supply chain manager, or accounting and finance manager.

1-year MSc:

Completion of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (in business, economics, sciences, etc.) or a 3-year Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience
Proof of English language proficiency is required during the application process (TOEIC 4-Skills, IELTS, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge, Duolingo)

2-year MSc option:

Candidates with a 3-year bachelor’s degree complete their MSc in two years, starting with the International Pre-Master programme in the first year and continuing with the MSc curriculum in the second.
Completion of a 3-year Bachelor’s degree (open to all backgrounds)
Proof of English language proficiency is required during the application process (TOEIC 4-Skills, TOEFL ibt, IELTS, Cambridge and Duolingo).

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.

Funding

International applicants may be eligible for scholarships of up to €9,000, awarded according to criteria such as academic excellence or personal, sporting and professional achievements.

Scholarships are limited in number and are granted exclusively to international applicants. Any award received is applied as a reduction in tuition fees.
