Overview

NEOMA Business School’s MSc International Project Development prepares students to design, manage and deliver complex projects in global business environments. Taught entirely in English on the Rouen campus, the programme develops expertise in project planning, strategy, finance, innovation and stakeholder management.

Students learn to coordinate multicultural teams, manage organisational change and respond to the challenges created by digital transformation. The curriculum combines academic knowledge with practical learning through business cases, professional networking and collaborative projects. During the X-Culture project, students work virtually with participants from different countries and time zones, gaining first-hand experience of international teamwork.

The programme also incorporates the PM² Project Management Methodology developed and endorsed by the European Commission, allowing students to prepare for a recognised project management certification. A four-to-six-month professional experience enables them to apply their skills in France or abroad.

Graduates can pursue careers as project managers, project coordinators, business development managers, transformation consultants or PMO professionals. Their skills can be applied across industries including construction and engineering, finance, insurance, consulting, healthcare, technology, marketing and events.

1-year course:

Completion of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (in business, economics, sciences, etc.) or a 3-year Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience

2-year MSc option:

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.

Funding

International applicants may be eligible for scholarships of up to €9,000, awarded according to criteria such as academic excellence or personal, sporting and professional achievements.

Scholarships are limited in number and are granted exclusively to international applicants. Any award received is applied as a reduction in tuition fees.
