Overview
The Institute of Information Systems and Applications was founded at National Tsing Hua University.
This program at National Tsing Hua University is designed to offer student’s expertise in the emerging technology fields and information professions. The primary research subjects of this program are : Information Systems and Management, Digital Learning Technology, Bio-informatics, and Medical informatics.
Learning outcomes
The institute places a strong emphasis on the theory and technology of the information systems and applications in all field of information science. Information system management has recently been integrated into our curriculum. We have excellent teachers with different domain knowledge. At present, half of our teachers are full time, and the others are co-engaged.
This program is designed to offer students knowledge in many emerging technology fields and information professions. The primary research subjects of this program include three major fields: Data Science, Creative Multimedia, and Human-centered Interaction and User Experience. This program places a strong emphasis on flexible courses and the project experiments. Diverse fields in this program complement each other and have strong cooperation.
