Through a well-balanced combination of theory and practice, students are able to complement their research-based graduate studies with firsthand practical experience in construction of infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, industrial, commercial, and residential facilities.

 The program is designed to be completed in one year (full time) or two years (part-time), with all courses taught by world-class faculty with doctoral degrees in engineering, business, and law.

Academic Requirements

You need the following GPA score:

Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).

Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).

General Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a closely-related discipline, from a recognized institution is required from applicants to the M.S.C.M. Program.
  • Applicant’s work experience: Candidates who have a minimum of three years of work experience will be given preference for admission. However, the nature, scope, length, breadth, variety and significance of the work experience will also be taken into account in the preference ranking of candidates. 
  • An Application for Admission to the Graduate Program, duly completed, signed and dated by the applicant.
