In this Tourism Strategic Management course at Turiba University you will gain strategic management and planning skills, and learn the regularities and techniques of forecasting. In the framework of the "Tourism Strategic Management" study programme you will learn how to reasonably discuss complex aspects of tourism management, develop corporate and institutional strategies in today's changing environment, find solutions to complex and unpredictable operating conditions of tourism industry companies, research, analyze and compare tourism destinations in Latvia and understand the interaction between tourism and other fields.

In order to enter the Master's study program, the applicants are requested to present a document of previous higher education obtained, and has to provide one of the English language certificates mentioned within the Admission information. If the applicant does not have any of the respective English language certificates, however the medium of instruction of his/her bachelor studies was English, he/she will receive a link to Turība University on-line English test after the registration.

Latvian Government offers scholarships for international Bachelor (except 1st and 2nd year students), Master and Doctoral level students for studies at Higher education institutions (HEI) in Latvia.

Please note – the competition is high, therefore, you have to have good marks (as regards Bachelor students, the Commission will evaluate the marks for the previous completed study year (previous 2 semesters) at the University, as regards Master students – marks received during the Bachelor studies), as well as the applicant has to prepare motivation and support letters of a very good quality.
