Overview

The Pathobiology program of Mahidol University has an emphasis on the basic principles and concepts of cell injury, particularly at the cellular and subcellular levels, in addition to changes at tissue level and the pathogenesis of several disease processes e.g. Parasitic infections, toxic agents and carcinogens. After completion of the programme, graduate students will be able to carry out their own research as well as teach in a medical school.

After MS.c. graduation, the student has several job options in private, governmental and academic sectors for a professional career in the field of pathobiology and related medical sciences as the researcher, scientist or medical scientist.
