Our graduates aim at the following professional careers:

  • Managers: junior positions in the following functions: Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Administrative Officer, Controller, Internal Auditor and other management positions in private and public organizations of all sizes.
  • Consultant: consultant in the development of management accounting and control systems, corporate finance, M&As and divestitures.
  • Financial analyst/financial portfolio manager/specialist in the selection of financial and real estate investments/specialist in financial risk management: in banks, insurance companies, rating agencies, asset management firms, investment fund managers (securities, real estate and pension), private equity and venture capital firms, alternative and sovereign investment funds.
  • Professional accountants: an agreement with the Institute of Professional Accountants (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili) of the Autonomous Province of Bozen-Bolzano will facilitate the students’ access to the professional designation of “Dottore commercialista e Revisore legale dei conti”.

If you are already employed, you can strengthen and widen your knowledge and skills in order to progress further in your career. If you are interested in postgraduate education, you can compete for a PhD position.

TOEFL admission requirements TOEFL® IBT The TOEFL iBT® is given online through the internet at designated testing site. The test measures your English-language abilities in an academic setting. The score refers to the total score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading), each subject has a range of 0 - 30.
IELTS admission requirements IELTS The International English Language Test System (IELTS) tests your English-language proficiency on a scale of 1 – 9. The score refers to the combined average score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading).
PTE Academic admission requirements PTE Academic PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) is a language test that enables students to demonstrate their writing, listening, speaking, and reading skills when applying to study in English. The score refers to a total score which ranges between 10 and 90.

Other requirements

General requirements

In order to register for the study programme, you will be required to prove that you have a C1 level of competence in the first language and B2 in the second language. If you cannot demonstrate your language proficiency through a recognised certificate you can take a language exam organised by the Language Centre.

Furthermore, the following selection criteria are taken into consideration:

  • average grade of your previous academic studies;
  • GMAT score (optional);
  • admission interview (only for those that come from studies different from Economics and Business).
