General requirements
To be admitted to the ERASMUS Mundus Master’s Programme in Agricultural, Food and Environmental Policy Analysis candidates need to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent academic degree of minimum three years of undergraduate study corresponding to 180 ECTS credits with a grade of at least an average “B” grade or equivalent grade. Students in their final year of their Bachelor’s degree may be provisionally admitted in the AFEPA Master’s programme on the condition that their Bachelor’s degree is awarded before they enrol the programme.

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
Funding
The AFEPA consortium offers EMJMD scholarships, which vary according to the geographic origin of an applicant.
All successful scholarship recipients (from programme AND partner countries, see below for the definition) are eligible for a monthly contribution to subsistence cost in the amount of 1000 Euros (or 24000 Euros for the entire two year duration of the programme). In addition they will also receive an annual contribution to travel and installation costs in the amount of a approximately 3500 Euros. The exact amount depends on the geographic origin of a scholarship recipient and will only be know after the final selection of the recipient.
