Overview

The Master in International Management program at the International School of Management (ISM) offers you the opportunity to build on the knowledge you gained at the undergraduate level and to develop extensive specialist expertise and social values. You will learn how intercultural teams are managed and products are marketed for international consumers.

Experience ‘real world’ business

The Master in International Management provides you with numerous opportunities to gain ‘real world’ business experience through integrated practical sessions. In addition to the required twelve-week compulsory internship, you will also participate in a consultancy project in close cooperation with a company which acts as the client.

TOEFL admission requirements TOEFL® IBT The TOEFL iBT® is given online through the internet at designated testing site. The test measures your English-language abilities in an academic setting. IELTS admission requirements IELTS The International English Language Test System (IELTS) tests your English-language proficiency on a scale of 1 – 9. The score refers to the combined average score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading).

Other requirements

General requirements

For the admission to the course of study, the following proof is required:

  • a successfully completed bachelor's degree, comprising at least 180 ECTS points, or
  • an equivalent course of study at a university or university of applied sciences or a foreign university of equivalent level, and
  • the submission of the application documents as well as
  • participation in a multi-level entrance test (written and oral).

Examinations must be at least 30 ECTS credits in economics subjects. If you have not studied for a Bachelor's degree in economics or if your quantitative ECTS points are not sufficient, you can prepare yourself for your management studies with the ISM Pre-Master.

Please register online or in writing with the application form for the written entrance test. You will then receive a confirmation of enrolment with the concrete admission test date.

Please submit your application documents no later than two working days before your admission test.
