This Minerals Materials program at University of Poitiers is included in the IntREE (interfaces for aeronautics energy and environment) Graduate school of the University of Poitiers.

This Graduate School is dedicated to teaching, via research, in the field of interface phenomena. This Graduate School allows students to be immersed in both research and industrial environments.
These high-level training programs (Master and Ph.D.), limited to about twenty students per year, promotes learning through research, placing students at the heart of the laboratories. They are organized around four main axes in order to prepare students for the professions of tomorrow:
- Progressive immersion in the laboratories,

- A motivation letter: Typed or word-processed, in English, the applicant explains why he/she is applying, how he/she thinks this application can help him/her and promote his/her personal project, and what his/her professional goals are.
- A transcript of records
- A certified copy (translated into English) of the diploma required for application to a master’s degree (at least a Bachelor’s degree or a nationally recognized diploma equivalent to 180 ECTS).
- Language proficency (if applicable). Except for native speakers, a certified level of fluent English is required as proof of sufficient knowledge of the English language. Additional proficiency in French may also be sent.
