The Leadership in Professional Contexts programme of the University of Aberdeen is designed to inspire ambitious leaders for our public and third sectors. The educational leadership part of this degree has been created in partnership with the Scottish College for Educational Leadership, Scottish Local Authorities and the Scottish Government.

Using work-based projects, you’ll explore leadership in the context of your own workplace. Your learning will be tailored to you, your work and your career goals. You’ll learn how to identify issues and facilitate improvements within your organisation, putting your new skills into practice from the start.

Working with the latest academic research, you’ll train with successful leaders from around the world.
