You’ll graduate with an MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM) from The University of Lancashire and a Level 7 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

General requirements
- Applicants would normally have a first degree at an Honours level at classification 2:2 or above in a related discipline
- Candidates with professional qualifications and/or work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be asked to attend a 45-minute interview to discuss their background and interest in the course
- For learners for whom English is not their first language, a score of at least 6.5 with no component score lower than 6.0 in IELTS or equivalent is required
- Applicants wishing to join the programme with L7 Postgraduate Diploma are required to take 120 credits
