You’ll graduate with an MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM) from The University of Lancashire and a Level 7 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

So, in addition to enabling you to acquire knowledge about the field - from the social meaning of HRM to the different ways in which organisations shape the activities - your programme will enable you to develop key personal and professional skills which are of value to any career.

Applicants would normally have a first degree at an Honours level at classification 2:2 or above in a related discipline

Candidates with professional qualifications and/or work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be asked to attend a 45-minute interview to discuss their background and interest in the course

For learners for whom English is not their first language, a score of at least 6.5 with no component score lower than 6.0 in IELTS or equivalent is required

Applicants wishing to join the programme with L7 Postgraduate Diploma are required to take 120 credits
