Upon graduating, you will understand the application of HR practice within small and medium enterprises, including start-ups, entrepreneurial firms, multinational corporations, and the public and not-for-profit sectors.

This Human Resource Management program from the RMIT University meets the needs of people with no previous formal HR qualifications who wish to enter the HR profession, as well as people with extensive experience who want to update their knowledge of contemporary global thinking.
