Overview

Today, the service sector represents more than 70% of production and employment in the most developed world economies, and its relevance is increasing everywhere. Service provision involves people, processes and technologies. As such, developing and managing services requires multidisciplinary competences in diverse areas, such as technology and social sciences. The Services Engineering and Management programme of the University of Porto is teaching students about these areas.

Who can apply

MESG is directed to graduates in Engineering, Science, Economics or Management, who want to develop their career in service development, design and management, either in service or in manufacturing industries.

MESG candidates must have a good BSc first degree or equivalent degree (180 ECTS) in Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Computing, Mathematics, Economics or Management
