An innovative joint Master’s degree offered by 5 Universities (Padua, Lyon-1, Granada, Krakow, and University of British Columbia). It enables students to acquire interdisciplinary skills in the fields of food, nutrition and human health by teaching them how to address the multiple and complex relationships underlying food production and quality, their connection with human nutrition and health.
Animal Nutrition and Feed Safety
The Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition and Feed Safety at University of Turin aims at meeting the needs of both graduates with previous work experience, wishing to improve their professional status, and graduates holding a first-cycle degree, willing to improve their skills in livestock farming.
Food and Health
The Food and Health degree from University of Padua addresses the complexity underling the interactions among food, nutrition and human health in an international context, with a paradigm-based structure “from food harvest to global health”.
Nutritional Sciences
The Nutritional Sciences program originates from a rational change made to the degree currently offered by the University of Calabria. Its aim is to meet the demands of an innovative training program as part of the policy for developing the internationalization process envisaged by the Project “Department of Excellence”.
