Description
The Hong Kong Jockey Club Scholarships are funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
Since 1998, the Trust has been awarding annual scholarships to students at the city's tertiary institutions who demonstrate outstanding academic performance with a strong commitment to serving the community.
The aim of the Scholarships is to nurture compassionate and socially-minded leaders for the betterment of Hong Kong.

Eligibility
- The scholarships are available for applicants who are ordinarily resident and have permanent residency in Hong Kong.
- Please note that DPhil courses with four years of fee liability are not eligible.
- Selection will be based on the following criteria: academic merit; evidence of outstanding leadership and team work; commitment to service and improving the lives of others; and strength of character, including truth, courage, devotion to duty, empathy, social awareness, and commitment to fairness and justice.
