Description
The Donna and Kirt Spradlin Scholarship in Gerontology was established by Donna and Kirt Spradlin to provide financial support for graduate students who have an interest in Gerontology.
Benefits
The scholarship offers a $750-$2,000 amount, to help you with your studies
Eligibility
- This scholarship is open to graduate students who have been accepted into the M.S. Gerontology Degree program and/or to a student working with the Center for Successful Aging.

Please log into your CSUF Portal, type “Scholarships” in the search engine of your Portal, and click on the “Scholarships” button. Follow the onscreen instructions and complete the online CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY - FULLERTON SCHOLARSHIP & AWARD APPLICATION
An additional essay is required for this scholarship as part of your online application.
Prepare a typed essay of approximately 250 words describing interest and potential for a career in Gerontology (e.g., relevant course/research/volunteer experience).
Provide two letters of recommendation (at least one letter from a CSUF faculty member) with the application.
