Description
The Roberta Rikli Emerging Leader in Kinesiology Award was established by the Department of Kinesiology in recognition of the many contributions that Dr. Roberta Rikli has made to the Department, the University, and the field of Kinesiology.
Contributions include serving as Kinesiology Department Chair, Dean of the College of Health and Human Development, co-founder of the Center for Successful Aging, and serving in leadership roles on numerous campus committees and in several national organizations including as President of the prestigious National Academy of Kinesiology.
Dr. Rikli also has received national/international recognition for her research on older adult fitness and health.

- Graduate or undergraduate majors in Kinesiology and M.S. in Athletic Training program.
